Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting
- Minimum 3+ years of people management experience
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing recruiting teams
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, workforce planning, and talent market dynamics
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using recruiting analytics, dashboards, and metrics
