• Owning the technical aspects of integration (configuration, debugging, documentation, testing, go-live) of our Security Solutions • Analyzing customer traffic as well as systems and customizing Akamai security solutions to answer customers' security issues • Managing and documenting technical issues, responses and requests to ensure information is recorded and updated • Collaborating with cross-functional project team to scope, set timelines, create technical solutions, and support the ongoing implementation • Participating in ongoing training initiatives to up-skill yourself and to train others. • Being a proactive technical consultant and trusted advisor for our customers delivering value with every engagement
Job Requirements
- Understand internet functionality, including networks, protocols, IP systems, DNS, routing, HTTP, and TCP communication protocols.
- Have experience with Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Demonstrate sound expertise in application security, including event management, real-time traffic analysis, or compliance practices.
- Have an understanding of the full development life cycle
- Have knowledge of common OWASP top 10 and how they relate to internet services compromise or attacks
- Exhibit proactive behavior, work efficiently with urgency, and maintain a continuous drive to learn and resolve issues.
