Job Description

Enterprise Area Sales Manager – Security

Johnson Controls

• Sell video and access solutions (emphasis on video) through channel partners, rep firms and distributors for the Southeast region • Drive business throughout the territory by developing and maintaining relationships with partners and end users • Assign yearly targets/quotas for channel partners • Develop KPIs for partners • Develop strategies with partners for growth • Maintain annual quota/forecasts • Provide product updates, product overviews and demonstrations to key stakeholders • Work within the territory to identify new opportunities/partners

Job Requirements

  • 5 years of sales experience
  • 5 years’ experience managing a successful territory with a proven record of success
  • Travel 50%+ within New York and New Jersey
  • Sound knowledge of the security industry
  • Channel Selling Experience
  • Marketing experience
  • Experience conducting customer presentations and demonstrations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Salesforce knowledge
