• Maintain and own primary spreadsheets tracking critical data points for customers and factories. • Update and maintain weekly dashboards monitoring factory output, lead times, and shipping milestones. • Lead data-heavy portions of weekly status calls, translating raw factory data into clear progress updates. • Perform rigorous cleansing of factory inputs to ensure accuracy of SKU numbers, quantities, and certification dates. • Identify production delays or issues proactively, triggering escalations when delivery windows might be missed. • Keep all project documentation, version controls, and standard operating procedures for order tracking up-to-date in a regulated environment.

Job Requirements

  • Exceptional English fluency (written and spoken) to confidently present data and explain technical details.
  • Strong process discipline with a "measure twice, cut once" approach and proven track record of following strict workflows.
  • Data literacy to extract narratives from raw datasets, recognizing trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Disciplined documentation and version control practices to maintain an organized file library.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, catching errors others miss.
  • Reliability with a focus on standardized, consistent reporting.
  • Analytical ability to guide stakeholders through spreadsheets and explain the big picture.
