Senior Manager, Revenue Marketing

O que você fará As a key member of the Revenue Marketing team, you will own development and execution of integrated demand generation programs that create pipeline and revenue growth for high-growth businesses in the US. You will partner with Sales, Sales Development, Partner Marketing, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing teams in the US to deliver full-funnel campaigns aligned to growth goals. You will sit within the Revenue Marketing team focused on the Mid-market segment, playing a critical role in scaling predictable revenue in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment. *** NOTE: ONLY RESUMES WILL BE ENGLISH WILL BE CONSIDERED *** #LI-Remote Quais serão as suas responsabilidades You will plan and build multi-channel revenue marketing programs across inbound, outbound, ABM, nurture, and sales-aligned plays to support acquisition and expansion within US-focused markets. You will collaborate daily with US-based Sales, SDR, and Marketing partners to develop targeting, messaging, and enablement that improves funnel conversion and pipeline velocity. You will monitor and analyze performance metrics including MQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and bookings, using data to improve campaigns and support regular business reviews. A Day in the Life of the The Senior Director, Acquisition will be responsible for developing and directing offer strategies and related campaigns to achieve subscriber and revenue goals. The role will provide leadership and direction for multiple functional areas to influence, shape, develop and integrate acquisition strategies across the company’s customer lifecycle, with a key focus on scalable and data-centric approaches that create demand, increase conversion, and maximize subscriber growth. - Work closely with VP of Marketing Strategy to understand market conditions and competitive dynamics that drive acquisition needs. - Conduct ongoing review of key operational actions needed to improve conversion and lead quality; assist in establishing and enhancing metrics for acquisition performance. - Lead discussions with internal business partners across multiple functional areas to diagnose, recommend and implement acquisition solutions, including success and testing criteria. - Establish consistent cross-functional partnerships with Billing & Collections, IT/Engineering, E-commerce, Retail and Sales Channels to streamline and centralize customer acquisition strategy. - Partner with CX teams to maintain & measure departmental KPIs to garner actionable insights that will drive strategies around conversion optimization and revenue growth. - Support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience across acquisition touchpoints. - Monitor and assist in driving the attainment of KPIs, including service level, quality, NPS, and customer satisfaction objectives. - Identify future needs within the marketplace and qualify opportunities for new offerings using market-driven insights. - Analyze competitors' services, prices, and messaging; synthesize information to develop an integrated acquisition strategy. - Train, lead, and provide strong leadership and mentorship to the team.
