Sales Director

FortifyIQ

• Develop and execute business development and sales strategies for assigned territories. • Manage key accounts to achieve revenue, booking, and design win targets. • Forecast sales pipelines, identify emerging opportunities, and drive market penetration. • Build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders and partners. • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align customer needs with roadmap priorities. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy. • Support new product launches and go-to-market plans in collaboration with regional teams.

Job Requirements

  • BSEE or MSEE preferred, with strong technical background in semiconductor or silicon IP.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer management within the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing key accounts.
  • Experience with interface subsystems, memory IP, or security IP solutions.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce and data-driven sales forecasting.
