• Liderar y dirigir el diseño arquitectónico de las soluciones en Appian. • Definir los estándares técnicos y buenas prácticas que satisfagan las necesidades empresariales siguiendo estándares arquitectónicos de alto nivel asegurando calidad y rendimiento. • Revisar la solución técnica de las aplicaciones Appian y soporte en decisiones clave. • Participar en reuniones técnicas con otros equipos. • Participar en la traducción de requisitos funcionales complejos a diseños técnicos robustos. • Optimizar procesos existentes, aplicando mejoras tanto técnicas como funcionales. • Impulsar la evolución continua de las mejores prácticas de Appian en el equipo de desarrollo. • Colaborar directamente con stakeholders para asegurar el alineamiento estratégico del proyecto. • Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias y tecnologías de la industria.

Job Requirements

  • Mínimo de 4-5 años de experiencia en proyectos Appian.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en la plataforma Appian (reglas, procesos avanzados, gestión documental, RPA, IA...).
  • Experiencia en definición de arquitecturas y roadmaps técnicos.
  • Experiencia demostrable en el desarrollo de integraciones con otros sistemas (consumo/exposición de APIs REST/SOAP, creación de plugins...).
  • Sólidos conocimientos de los principios de diseño UX y capacidad para aplicarlos al crear aplicaciones/soluciones.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en bases de datos relacionales (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL...).
  • Experiencia en control de versiones y despliegues con Appian.
  • Capacidad demostrable para diseñar y evaluar el rendimiento de las aplicaciones y la optimización del código.
  • Capacidad para analizar registros de errores, supervisión y rendimiento así como la identificación de errores y problemas como su corrección.
  • Capacidad para resolver retos complejos con un enfoque estratégico y pragmático.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.
  • Valorable certificaciones en Appian.
