Job Description

Principal Architect - AWS - Architecture Manager

CI&T

• Act as technical approver for AWS architectures, ensuring adherence to best practices and the AWS Well-Architected Framework. • Support AWS pre-sales activities, including solution design, consumption estimates, AWS Pricing Calculator usage, and technical advocacy. • Serve as the technical focal point for the AWS partnership, acting as a bridge with AWS technical teams. • Support the identification and submission of AWS funding programs. • Technically lead GenAI initiatives on AWS, guiding CoE teams responsible for GenAI PoCs and projects. • Define migration and modernization solutions for applications on AWS. • Lead the achievement and validation of AWS Competencies, coordinating technical documentation and case validation. • Promote AWS knowledge dissemination, support internal technical teams in AWS certification processes and technical competency development. • Lead the creation of AWS offerings, developing standardized solutions technically validated by AWS. • Support Business Units (BUs) in technical and strategic decisions related to AWS.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience in solution architecture, especially on AWS.
  • Proven experience in designing and defending AWS architectures with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in GenAI, including LLMs, agents, and RAG architectures.
  • Experience in application migration and modernization.
  • Experience in technical pre-sales, including proposal development, estimates, and executive presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to act as technical leadership, connecting technical and business areas.
  • Advanced or fluent English.
  • AWS certifications (Professional or Specialty level).Deep knowledge of Amazon Bedrock, AI agents, and advanced GenAI solutions.
  • Knowledge of FinOps and AWS cost optimization.
  • Familiarity with AWS partnership programs.
