Operations Specialist – Provider Validation, Research

• Research unfamiliar healthcare providers to determine the correct way to request: Medical records, Billing records, Radiology imaging, Physician billing • Use provider websites, portals, directories, past records, and phone calls to gather accurate information • Contact providers to confirm request procedures, release processes, and contact details • Maintain and update a provider database with current request methods and operational notes • Research hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, and physician groups across new regions • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve request issues and share updated provider information
Job Requirements

- Experience in medical records retrieval or provider research, especially: Provider verification and intake

Role Description Step into the role of Operations Specialist where you'll provide essential operational support that keeps our ACO running smoothly while directly contributing to healthcare transformation initiatives.
