• Evaluate and refine credit policies and models for both consumer and SMB credit cards to minimize losses and enhance profitability. • Develop and implement tailored, data-driven strategies for effective management of the consumer and SMB credit card portfolios. • Conduct risk segmentation, behavioral, loss forecasting, line management and other empirical analyses to support and refine credit models used in underwriting practices for consumer and SMB credit card portfolios. • Build dashboards and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) specific to consumer and SMB credit cards to senior management. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements affecting both consumer and SMB credit card products.

• Manage procurement activities for assigned product categories, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationship management, while ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms, pricing, and delivery conditions to achieve the best value for the company. • Work closely with fulfillment and operations teams to manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely and accurate supplier performance to meet customer needs. • Conduct market analysis to stay informed on industry trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities. • Utilize this information to develop category strategy and make strategic decisions in the sourcing process. • Regularly review supplier performance and implement corrective actions if necessary to ensure continuous improvement. • Support the negotiation and management of supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. • Develop and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising on quality or delivery timelines. • Identify and pursue opportunities for efficiency improvements in the purchasing process.

• Coordinating and effectively communicating with all personnel within the program, including 1099 field investigators. • Managing all investigative Add Leads requests on cases, including scoping leads in the Case Management System. • Performing QC of case received documents, attachments and materials. • Analyzes public records, such as law enforcement reports, bankruptcies, judgements, and collection actions against the subject of investigations. • Performing review duties to include QC of leads scheduled, assigned and accepted by field investigators to ensure case coverage is met. • Performing a check of completed field investigations for compliance with national standards (FIS-Federal Investigative Standards) and DHS customer requirements and if additional work or corrections are needed to ensure this is completed. • Scoping received cases and inputting into the case management system. • Monitoring timeliness of items being worked in the case life cycle to ensure records and interviews are completed in a timely manner. • Monitoring Quality of completed investigative work and report areas of improvement to Reviewer Supervisor to coordinate with training.

• Supporting the strategic lifecycle of Global benefits offerings • Driving the end-to-end benefits renewal process, strategic planning, implementation, and vendor management • Conducting research and analysis on competitive landscape and emerging market trends • Maintaining day-to-day contact with brokers and benefit vendors, tracking performance and assisting with issue resolution • Preparing data and talking points to train Sales Enablement on competitive advantages of benefits
