Payroll & Timekeeping Administrator

Treant

• Review and proof employee timecards for accuracy and completeness • Identify attendance concerns, discrepancies, and policy violations • Adjust time entries as needed in accordance with company policies • Generate and run timekeeping and attendance reports • Maintain accurate documentation of employee time and attendance records • Communicate clearly with managers and staff regarding timecard corrections • Perform miscellaneous administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Prior payroll or timekeeping experience required (proofing or auditing timecards preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage recurring tasks efficiently

Role Description Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to support U.S. payroll operations. This role partners closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing for our U.S. employee population. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented payroll professional who enjoys working behind the scenes to validate data, improve processes, and strengthen system integrity.
