• Collaborate with engineers throughout the company to assist in troubleshooting issues, deploying solutions, and increasing their productivity • Design and optimise both public and internal cloud infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Git • Manage cloud computing, Kubernetes, and database projects • Contribute to and maintain a self-healing, highly available, and scalable system • Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and the monitoring stack • Monitor and ensure the health of all environments, setting up alerts and responding to incidents • Participate in on-call rotations, incident responses, and post-mortems • Learn new technologies quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

• Lead and manage DevOps practices across development, staging, and production environments • Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for modern web applications • Manage cloud infrastructure using modern, scalable architectures • Ensure system reliability, uptime, performance, and security • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to proactively detect issues • Collaborate closely with engineering teams working with React.js, Node.js, and related technologies • Support infrastructure needs for internal tools, client-facing platforms, and integrations • Enforce best practices for version control, deployment, access control, and compliance • Use AI-powered tools to improve efficiency in coding, automation, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management • Lead incident response and post-mortem processes when needed • Continuously improve workflows, documentation, and operational standards

• Support Appolo and eClinical IT programmes • Act as a key link between cloud architects, regional IT teams, and business stakeholders • Help application teams modernise solutions for secure, cloud-based environments • Design and implement cloud solutions on Azure, AWS, OpenStack • Manage and optimise Kubernetes clusters (AKS, EKS, Rancher) • Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform • Deploy application landing zones in a GitOps framework • Implement configuration management with PowerShell DSC • Support major incidents and act as an escalation point

• Provide continuous development and continuous integration to include site reliability engineering and integration • Automate routine tasks and software updates • Develop Ansible playbook design, role development, and testing • Participate in the development of the release management process, procedures, and policies • Develop, document, and maintain work instruction materials for related Automation and Orchestration processes
