• TRUSTED ADVISOR: As a trusted partner, you advise our clients as equals and jointly develop customer-specific security solutions. • ENABLEMENT: You guide them through the entire audit process, raise awareness of relevant regulations, and ensure successful certification. • CONSULTING: You support our clients throughout the entire process on all aspects of information security and identify potential security risks early. • SALES: You work closely with our Sales and Customer Success teams to implement up- and cross-sell opportunities together. • SHARING IS CARING: You share your expertise with colleagues and act as a mentor so we can continuously improve together.
Job Requirements
- You have several years of professional experience in IT and information security, as well as in customer-facing roles such as consulting, project management, or customer support.
- You have experience with management systems such as TISAX®, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
- You keep up to date with current trends in IT and information security.
- You know common data protection regulations inside out.
- Process- and customer-oriented thinking, as well as a sense for efficient working, are among your strengths.
- Teamwork is as important to you as it is to us.
- You are proficient in German and English.

• Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close • Work closely with your team, founders and product to refine positioning and surface customer insights • Help define and build repeatable outbound and inbound motion • Engage technical stakeholders (engineering, platform, security, compliance) with empathy and credibility • Manage pipeline with a focus on velocity, value, and clarity — no bloated forecasting • Partner cross-functionally to shape pricing, GTM strategy, and the future of our customer experience
• Act as customers technical PoC post-sales • Work on integrating the XBOW product with customer environments • Lead self-hosted product deployments, support and upgrades • Support feature prototyping • Provide Tier 2 support for customer technical issues • Be open to supporting pre-sales support roles when required • Provide feedback to product teams on what you are seeing in the Field • Help explain the technical and business value of the product to users and stakeholders • Support hand-off between pre and post sales teams • Run Expert Services engagements
• Respond to customer security questionnaires utilizing a combination of knowledgebases, generative AI and subject matter expertise. • Produce and maintain documentation that can be utilized on our public Trust Center, enabling customers to self-serve. • Drive improvements to our knowledgebase through partnerships with product and technology colleagues. • Provide metrics and reports to management, demonstrating overall trends and performance on a regular cadence.
