Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Plan, organize, and lead the process of closing the vacancy as a project manager • Organize and moderate high-quality and prompt communication within the hiring project team • Execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and networks) to identify top GTM talent. • Facilitate the design of the assessment process and tools, when necessary • Assess competencies & values fit of candidates with relevant assessment methods (screening calls, CBI, organizing tests, and conducting role-plays) • Meet SLAs, deadlines, and recruitment process stages • Maintain project documentation and analytics • Engage in recruitment marketing activities and campaigns • Provide excellent candidate experience • Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams, to align on role requirements, interview structures, and candidate experience • Manage projects across APAC (90%) and other international regions (10%)
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sales operations
- Experience in managing full-cycle of recruitment projects
- Expertise in cross-cultural communication and behaviour
- Understanding of international sourcing principles
- Rapport and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in English (C2)
- Proficiency in any of the following languages is preferred: Japanese or Korean
- Knowledge of a competency-based approach in interviewing (nice to have)
- Strong networking skills (nice to have)
