• Lead and manage sales activities across the assigned region to achieve revenue and performance targets • Develop and oversee regional sales budgets while guiding territory representatives in building and executing their individual plans • Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic growth objectives • Train, coach, and develop outside sales representatives to enhance performance and professional growth • Respond to customer inquiries and sales opportunities originating from regional offices, mills, and inside sales teams • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distribution partners • Partner with inside sales to provide accurate product pricing, availability, and manufacturing lead times • Identify and escalate large-scale or strategic opportunities to the National Accounts Sales Manager • Work closely with operations, sales leadership, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction
• Developing new business and servicing existing accounts across distribution and OEM channels within an assigned territory • Building strong customer relationships, understanding end-user markets, and driving profitable growth • Managing territory budgets, leads, customer visits, margins, volume, and P&L performance • Direct engagement with existing and prospective customers to assess needs, quote pricing, recommend solutions, and support the full order process • Providing market and industry insights, promoting specials and programs, performing market deep dives, and serving as a customer advocate
• Assist with posting jobs internally and externally • Screen resumes for hourly mill roles and corporate administrative/professional roles • Coordinate interviews, plant tours, and onsite hiring activities with HR Managers at various mills • Help track applicants, hiring progress, and candidate communications in CFP systems • Support college outreach and community recruiting events as needed • Communicate with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive and timely experience • Prepare interview packets, schedules, and follow-up communications • Assist with new hire orientation materials and first-day readiness at mills and corporate sites • Participate in Internship Program support and engagement activities • Partner with HR Managers across multiple mill locations to understand hiring needs and role requirements • Collaborate with corporate HR to standardize recruiting processes and share best practices company-wide
• Design, develop, and deploy business solutions using Microsoft Power BI • Manage the Power BI service and admin functions • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and build scalable solutions • Integrate solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and external systems • Conduct thorough testing of Power BI solutions and deploy to production • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for Power BI solutions • Manage Power BI Administration tasks • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models • Develop and publish Paginated Reports and integrate them into Power BI Service • Monitor and troubleshoot data refreshes, report performance, and data quality issues
