Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of talent to support company needs • Lead internal hiring efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing job postings • Oversee outreach and screening processes to engage the right candidates • Maintain an organized and up-to-date talent database, tracking availability and qualifications • Develop and improve talent policies and workflows to support smoother hiring operations and enable the team to scale more effectively. • Work closely with leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectives
Job Requirements
- 2 - 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or related roles.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution.
- Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right.
