Talent Acquisition Specialist

Stealth Startup

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of talent to support company needs • Lead internal hiring efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing job postings • Oversee outreach and screening processes to engage the right candidates • Maintain an organized and up-to-date talent database, tracking availability and qualifications • Develop and improve talent policies and workflows to support smoother hiring operations and enable the team to scale more effectively. • Work closely with leadership to align hiring strategies with business objectives

Job Requirements

  • 2 - 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or related roles.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution.
  • Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right.
  • Energy and drive; you have a hunger for self-improvement and want to be around the most talented teammates who push you to do so. (Kobe said it best.)
