• Develop, manage, and deliver high-quality client proposals across strategic and competitive pursuits. • Serve as the project manager, content developer, and quality controller. • Ensure every submission is client-focused, deadline-driven, and strategically aligned with our firm’s services and value proposition. • Review new RFPs or proposal requests and break down key requirements, deadlines, and deliverables. • Host daily or scheduled check-ins with stakeholders to align on value proposition and win themes. • Draft and tailor proposal content using content libraries and templated assets. • Edit and proofread contributions to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with brand standards. • Coordinate visuals and design assets, including timelines, team structures, and solution illustrations. • Track bid progress and update dashboards or records to reflect proposal status, win/loss data, and key metrics.

• Support and coordinate full lifecycle federal proposal development efforts. • Develop and manage proposal schedules, kickoff meetings, and milestone tracking. • Maintain proposal templates, outlines, compliance matrices, and response structures. • Coordinate color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold) and track resolution of action items. • Monitor procurement portals for updates, amendments, RFIs, and RTEPs. • Support submission of proposals and RFI responses through designated government portals. • Maintain and update past performance repositories and proposal content libraries. • Assist with the development of resumes, past performance write-ups, and supporting documentation. • Manage document formatting, editing, version control, and final production. • Support with the continuous improvement of proposal processes and templates. • Contribute to various projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a collaborative mindset. • Contribute to team objectives and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

• Planning and drafting monitoring, SCADA and feed-in management solutions for utility scale photovoltaic, BESS and hybrid power plants • First technical contact for our sales department and our customers • Tackle technical challenges with a solution-driven mindset and a passion for innovation • Interface between the sales departments, utility solutions and other internal departments • Coordinate technical requirements with customers, utilities, grid operators and internal departments to develop optimal solutions • Supervision of project inquiries until the order • Representation of meteocontrol at national and/or international trade fairs and events

• Lead the full lifecycle of public and private bids. • Ensure compliance with tender requirements and produce strong technical proposals. • Work cross-functionally with product, UX/UI, and development teams. • Analyze tender documents and build requirements matrices. • Craft value propositions aligned with evaluation criteria. • Lead the development of technical proposals, including project plans and schedules. • Manage the pipeline of inputs and coordinate follow-up meetings. • Maintain documentation control and manage clarifications and corrections. • Analyze scoring results and update reusable content libraries.
