• Drive regional demand generation across the region, working closely with Sales, SDRs, BDRs, and a regional digital agency to create and scale programs that consistently deliver high‑quality pipeline. • Localize and adapt global campaigns, messaging, and assets to ensure strong resonance and performance in the DACH market. • Oversee a regional digital marketing agency, ensuring successful execution of paid search and social programs that deliver brand awareness, high quality pipeline, and revenue. • Support strategic German & Austrian partners and Partner Marketing Managers, to plan and execute co-marketing activities that accelerate partner-attributed pipeline. • Develop targeted outreach and follow-up plays together with SDRs to improve conversion from leads to qualified opportunities. • Support Sales Leader and AEs with insights, tailored content, micro‑campaigns, and account-specific marketing tactics that help progress active deals. • Provide data-driven regional reporting on what is working, what is not, and where to invest next to maximize pipeline and revenue. • Strengthen brand presence in the region by coordinating local content creation, customer stories, and in‑market communications. • Lead the planning, budget and execution of key regional events (Trade shows, webinars, roadshows, hosted events, PPL programs, etc.) to build awareness, engage prospects, and create new opportunities. • Foster strong collaboration loops between Sales and Marketing to align priorities, share learnings, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Native-level German speaker with excellent English communication skills.
  • 4+ years of experience in a field-marketing or demand generation role, preferably within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline and influencing revenue through integrated marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of the German and Austrian markets, preferably with proven experience targeting IT & Business decision makers at manufacturing and/or professional services enterprises.
  • Skilled with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, or similar - this role is a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Collaborative, communicative, and energized by working closely with Sales, SDRs, and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical yet creative, with a test-and-learn mindset.
