Site Acquisition Manager

Milence

• As a Site Acquisition Manager, you will identify, assess, and secure strategic sites for Milence’s public charging network across your region. • You will guide locations through feasibility, permitting, and grid connection readiness—ensuring our project and engineering teams can start development efficiently and with full clarity. • You will deliver a pipeline of viable charging locations by identifying, evaluating, and contracting sites within your region. • You will operate within local commercial, technical, and regulatory frameworks to ensure each location can be developed effectively and in alignment with Milence’s strategic growth ambitions. • You will identify, assess, and select optimal locations for charging infrastructure, ensuring alignment with regional strategy and long-term network planning. • You will coordinate early-stage permitting and grid connection requirements, reducing bottlenecks and enabling timely site development. • You will lead negotiations and execute agreements (lease, purchase, or licensing). • You will maintain oversight of the regional real estate portfolio and optimize contracts over time. • You will build and maintain productive relationships with landowners, municipalities, utilities, and other key partners to secure cooperation and accelerate site readiness. • You will analyze local transport & logistics markets to identify charging demand, first movers, and potential anchor customers for each new site.

Job Requirements

  • You have strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in securing commercial agreements in site acquisition, industrial/commercial real estate development, mobility or similar infrastructure sectors.
  • You collaborate effectively across teams and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You have business level fluency in both English and German languages.
  • You make strategic decisions, evaluate opportunities, and prioritize high‑value sites.
  • You identify risks, propose solutions, and adapt quickly to changing conditions.
  • You bring knowledge of commercial real estate contracting and land‑use processes, with a preference for experience in electrical infrastructure and grid connections.
  • You understand transport and logistics markets and how fleet operators choose locations.
  • You also have the commercial skills to convert local charging demand into contracted business.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Engineering, Geography, or a related field.
  • You are familiar with permitting, zoning, and utility connection processes.
  • You are willing to travel within the region for site visits and partner meetings.

How You’ll Contribute Travelling across the USA & Canada Travel across the U.S. to attend events, expos, and community meetings representing LEMFi as a brand ambassador and key point of contact.
