• Lead and participate in the requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and retirement phases of Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Copilot solutions. • Build custom business applications, workflows, and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and Copilot integrations. • Develop and manage Copilot extensions and prompts to improve business productivity and user experience. • Test all developed components independently, documenting tests and results. • Create test plans for deliverables and hand off to testers with sufficient knowledge transfer. • Document developed solutions, including architecture, dependencies, deployment instructions, and user guides. • Participate in code reviews for Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure Services, and custom connectors. • Mentor junior developers and delegate tasks as needed while ensuring quality and timely completion. • May require nights and weekend migration work with flexible scheduling.
Job Requirements
- Federal Client requires US citizenship.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in at least 1 of the following 4 key areas: SharePoint Document Management, DMS / Content Management (Enterprise Scale), Enterprise Network Share File Analysis (NFS, SMB, etc.), Records Management (Enterprise Scale Records Management, Purview, Retention, Lifecycle, Audit, Insider Risk, Etc.), Network Share Migration (Enterprise Scale On-Prem to Cloud Migrations)
- 5+ years’ experience developing solutions in Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas apps, Model-driven apps, Dataverse, Power BI dashboards & reports, Power Automate).
- 5+ years’ experience developing and customizing SharePoint Online solutions (SPFx, JSON, workflows, integration with Power Platform).
- 2+ years’ experience developing with Microsoft Copilot (Copilot Studio, prompt engineering, Copilot integration with Power Platform and M365 apps).
- Experience with solution-based Power Platform development, including ALM and promoting solutions across DEV → QA → PROD.
- Experience extracting requirements from users to create complex SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Copilot solutions.
- 5–10 years developing solutions with other Microsoft products and related technologies (Microsoft 365, Azure, .NET, JavaScript, etc.).
- 5+ years' experience with at least 2 of the following: Power Platform Admin, SharePoint Admin, Azure/Entra ID Admin, Dynamics 365 Admin, Exchange Admin.
- Familiarity with custom connectors, Power Platform CoE, AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, and Power Pages.
- Experience with Azure Entra (Azure AD) Service Principals, Azure resources that integrate with MPP, and Power BI development and publishing.
- Experience working with scripting/programming languages such as PowerShell, .NET, JavaScript, and Python in the context of Power Platform and SharePoint.
- Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Copilot development, governance, and best practices.
- Strong documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with: Dataverse, Model driven apps, COE, AI Builder, Azure Data Lake - Power BI, COE EXT, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Power BI, Power BI Report Builder, Power Pages, Power Pipelines, Copilot Studio.

As Principal Software Engineer (Contract) - Flight Test & Integration you will be responsible for; The Principal Software I&T Engineer's primary responsibility will be contributing to the development and testing of customer's U.S.'s satellite flight software. This engineer will be involved in the full lifecycle of flight software development, from requirements definition through operations. However, because we are a small team where each person takes on many roles, this engineer will also contribute to mission concept development, in-house modeling and simulation capabilities, and proposal writing.
