Sales Executive – EHR

eClinicalWorks

• Present and sell eCW products and services to current and potential clients • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made • Pursue new leads from cold call to close • Follow up on new leads and referrals • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned • Prepare pricing proposals and sales contracts • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge • Work with cross-functional teams when required • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate team within eCW • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, tradeshows, and other industry events • Establish contact via phone and email to physician practices with the goal to schedule demonstrations of eClinicalWorks Industry leading Electronic Health Record Software • Execute sales campaigns to target audience • Work collaboratively in team environment to identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years of successful Healthcare IT sales experience
  • Must have a proven track record of generating AND closing own leads through cold calls
  • Must be able to travel at least 25% of the time
  • Professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
  • Proficiency using Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and the Internet
  • Strong ability to foster meaningful business relationships
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to persuade and influence others
  • Ability to present creative methods in generating and maintaining new business
