CloudSuite Distribution ERP Process Manager
Bosch
• Partner with business leaders, end users, and IT to optimize processes • Handle technical configuration, security, and user access rights for ERP system • Diagnose and resolve functional issues across CSD modules • Provide guidance to end users on best practices and process steps • Support enhancements, integrations, and new CSD capabilities • Configure and maintain Infor CSD modules • Develop and execute testing for system changes and releases • Troubleshoot ERP issues and collaborate with IT and vendors • Create documentation and training materials for user adoption • Contribute to cross‑functional transformation projects
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Infor CloudSuite Distribution
- Strong understanding of distribution operations (OTC, P2P, inventory, pricing)
- Experience with ERP configuration and functional design
- Proficiency in business process mapping and workflow analysis
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Experience supporting SIT and UAT cycles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
