• Design and deliver brand aligned materials across internal and external touchpoints • Create and maintain internal decks, proposals, all-hands presentations, and other company wide materials • Design sub branding & assets for swag, social media, marketing initiatives, and events • Support larger branding initiatives by contributing concepts, visuals, and production ready assets • Apply and help maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency and quality • Collaborate with designers, growth team, and other stakeholders to deliver clear and effective visual communication • Prepare and hand off files for digital use and production • Stay up to date with branding, visual design trends, and tools, bringing relevant ideas to the team
Job Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands on experience in brand or visual design, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio
- Proven experience working on real world branding projects across multiple formats (presentations, marketing assets, social media, print, or digital)
- Strong foundations in graphic design, typography, layout, and visual composition
- Confidence using design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent) in a professional environment (animation and motion tools are a plus)
- Ability to apply existing brand guidelines thoughtfully and consistently, with attention to detail
- Comfortable owning design tasks from brief to delivery, while collaborating and iterating with feedback
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset
- Motivation to continue growing as a brand designer and contribute to the evolution of Fluxon’s brand
