About The Role As the specialist virtual behavioral health provider, NOCD, wants our Therapists to focus on what's most important – treating and caring for our members. NOCD is looking for Independently Licensed Therapists (LP, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) in Florida to join our network. We will provide the training necessary to become a specialized therapist and ensure you are fully equipped to deliver effective, evidence-based treatment. As a NOCD Therapist, you will see our team is committed to achieving clinical excellence, an exquisite Therapist experience and providing proven & visible clinical outcomes. We have dedicated teams to handle marketing, billing, credentialing, and scheduling. Therapists will use valuable previous clinical experience, good judgment, and our clinical guidelines to discern when to refer members to external resources. Providers will collaborate with our network of psychiatrists and therapists to help develop and reinforce treatment decisions. • Respond to Member inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat promptly and professionally. • Educate Members on NOCD services and the basics of treatments that we offer. • Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, and policies. • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. • Assist members in rescheduling services and transferring therapists. • Provide assistance to Members with technology questions. • Document essential patient demographic, referral information, insurance, and contact information. • Display empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of complex customer problems. • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in our CRM system. • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with exceptional customer service standards. • Assist in maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Maintain confidentiality and security, following HIPAA guidelines.

• Help people with OCD learn how to feel better • Enroll members with our therapy service via our intake team where they’ll be assigned a practitioner • Assist members through the process of: Diagnosis and Therapy • Use previous clinical experience, good judgment, and clinical guidelines to discern when to refer members to external resources • Collaborate with our network of psychiatrists and therapists to help develop treatment decisions as appropriate • Receive ongoing consultation, specialized training, information on latest research advancements, technical support, and clinical protocols

• Help people with OCD learn how to feel better • Conduct clinical interviews via video sessions to determine diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations • Deliver research-backed therapy programs that include live video sessions and app messaging followed by as needed check-ins • Collaborate with network of psychiatrists and therapists to develop and reinforce treatment decisions as appropriate • Participate in ongoing consultation with team members, specialized clinical training, and process groups to support practitioner resilience

• Build evidence-based OCD therapy features for our users • Enhance ways our members interact with each other when sharing their journeys with OCD • Communicate with stakeholders to help drive iOS product direction

About the Role Member Advocates (Intake Specialists) represent the first impression of NOCD and your role would be to provide an extraordinary customer experience while communicating the services we have to offer. As a member of the Intake team, you will be responsible for inside sales, as well as patient advocacy. The Member Advocate is responsible for selling tele-therapy services to consumers who contact us via phone, text, and email, and completing the intake process to confidently and accurately get them started on the road to treatment. Job duties include inside sales of tele-therapy services, appointment coordination, registering and scheduling of therapy appointments as well as post-sales support. No cold calling. This is a goal-oriented team environment at a fast-growing company where we are all united in providing a top-notch patient experience.
