• Lead a Data & AI centre of excellence. • Shape strategy, embed decisions at scale. • Own the Data, Insights & AI strategy and roadmap aligned to company growth priorities. • Convert strategic goals into a value-led, sequenced portfolio with clear success metrics. • Act as the single owner of analytics, research, and AI initiative prioritisation. • Lead development of predictive models and analytics across the student lifecycle. • Build and oversee a pipeline of AI use cases—from rapid tests to scaled solutions. • Embed AI-driven insights directly into business workflows and decision forums. • Ensure responsible AI governance in partnership with IT, Security, and Legal. • Own enterprise performance frameworks across acquisition, enrolment, and progression. • Translate analytics into clear actions that strengthen marketing, sales, and student outcomes. • Partner closely with Growth and Student Success to embed insights into daily operations. • Accelerate synthesis of market and performance data using AI-enabled pattern detection. • Build proprietary market intelligence assets that elevate partner value and Keypath’s market leadership. • Lead market intelligence capabilities combining internal data, VOC, research, and external signals. • Oversee primary research, segmentation, and insight activation across the business. • Shape market narratives and partner value propositions grounded in deep insight. • Co-own the data platform strategy with IT (including Microsoft Fabric and modern data stack). • Steward data products, semantic models, KPIs, and certified Power BI assets. • Lead data governance, quality, and stewardship practices to ensure trusted insights. • Lead a high-performing Data & Insights team with strong commercial and storytelling capability. • Set analytical and narrative standards for the organisation. • Champion data literacy uplift and evidence-based decision-making across Keypath.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Maths, etc.).
  • Postgraduate qualifications in analytics/data science/AI are beneficial.
  • 15+ years senior leadership in data, analytics, and insights with proven commercial impact.
  • Demonstrated success building or transforming enterprise analytics capabilities.
  • Strong track record operationalising predictive models and AI within daily workflows.
  • Deep partnership experience with Marketing, Sales, and Growth teams.
  • Strong collaboration with Data Engineering/IT on modern data platforms.
  • Experienced influencing executives and driving change in decision-making culture.
  • B2B2C or partner-driven business model experience desirable; EdTech advantageous.
  • Proven data governance and ethical AI expertise.
  • Strong understanding of modern data stack; experience with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, BigQuery, SQL, Python, and Power BI preferred.
