Wing Assistant
• Shape innovative AI products from 0→1 in a fast-moving, hands-on startup environment • Become the “Central expert” in record time and own the product experience end-to-end • Turn messy complexity into a clean, simple, integrated UX across all modules • Ensure high-quality onboarding experiences that drive conversion and minimize drop-offs • Own roadmap and feature definition, ensuring strong UX/UI and interaction design • Lead design reviews, propose optimizations and features, and map product connections • Translate product knowledge into marketing and educational materials for users
Job Requirements
- A hands-on, Meticulous PM who becomes a "Central Power User" fast
- Owns UX end-to-end
- Finds gaps via product deep-dives + data
- Ships simple, high-impact improvements with minimal review
- Proven experience optimizing onboardings / driving higher conversion & lower dropoffs with product onboardings
- Own roadmap and feature definition, with strong taste in UX/UI and interaction design
- Lead design reviews and propose UX optimizations and next-step features
- Map the full product surface area: dashboard → every feature → how it connects across modules
- Translate product understanding into onboarding, product marketing pages, and in-app education
- Extremely curious: Explores every corner of Central, asks “why,” challenges decisions, and proposes better alternatives
- Obsessive about friction: Identifies uncaptured opportunities, inconsistencies, and missing connections between modules
- Cross-references spec vs staging vs production state to catch gaps and regressions
- Extremely Data-driven + customer-centric: uses usage signals + customer feedback to prioritize what matters
- Action-oriented prioritizer: avoids overbuilding, reduces UI clutter, and ships the simplest solution that works
- Meticulous, Detail-oriented, leaves no stone unturned.
- Strong judgment on what’s important vs noise. Protects UX simplicity.
- Collaboration expectations
- Comfortable partnering with design + engineering, but can drive UX independently when needed.

• Supports Primary Sales / Operations with customs brokerage customer accounts, revenue retention, and churn reduction to maintain revenue levels • Provides customs brokerage product expertise and input during solution development, contract negotiation, statement of work, and pricing agreement to maintain competitiveness and profitability • Participates in customer meetings and quarterly business reviews to provide leadership and strategic vision as related to customs brokerage impact on long-term partnerships • Ensures standard operating procedures and key performance indicators are managed effectively to meet UPS goals and to ensure customer satisfaction • Advises customers on supply chain improvement opportunities and works collaboratively with other teams to develop solutions which reinforce the UPS value-added proposition • Assists others to ensure UPS meets client customs brokerage performance goals and expectations while minimizing negative impacts to other departments • Gathers and shares customs brokerage customer service best practices • Reviews customs brokerage service standards with customers to reach agreement on service levels and to retain business and manage organic growth • Provides excellent customs brokerage service to increase customer satisfaction • Coordinates with other teams to conduct business and customer review meetings
