• Partner with the Interpretation Platform Reporting Senior Product Manager to develop expertise in the Labcorp reporting systems, both internally built and contracted • Understand the current capabilities and existing value of the systems, how they’re used, and where improvements are needed • Establish and maintain a quarterly roadmap for the reporting systems under the purview of the role, coordinate the execution and release of development work, stay on top of system level product documentation, and incorporate best practices from other teams • Be the gathering point for information and feedback from users and leverage this information to inform program requirements and prioritization • Work with the IP incident & release manager to align releases with standard practices and streamline processes and workflows • Lead programs and/or work with other program managers to ensure efficient execution of quarterly prioritized work
Job Requirements
- 4 years of related genetics experience with a Bachelor's degree; OR 2 years related experience and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience.
- Experience with SQL queries and data analysis.
- General understanding of genetics tools used in reporting and the type of information included.
- Technically minded of how data flows through the system.
