The Tax Specialist will collaborate with team members to review current and prospective client tax situations and consult directly with Advisors and clients around tax projections and strategies. This opportunity allows you to move beyond preparing tax returns and engage with clients to proactively manage their financial lives in a thoughtful and tax efficient manner. The ideal candidate is an Active CPA with several years of tax planning experience. What you will do - Help clients better understand their current tax situation and the planning opportunities that can create efficiencies. - Empower clients to make informed decisions with their tax planning considerations. - Work with other internal Planning Specialists on tax, wealth transfer matters, charitable giving, and extensive one-off unique transaction strategies (i.e Real Estate and Stock option projections) - Stay up to date on tax law changes and communicate the effects to advisors and clients.
