This includes accountability for effectively managing, mentoring, recruiting, and developing a team of world-class Sourcing and Procurement professionals. Drive communication, both verbal and written, with all levels at JLL in addition to Clients to support the organization, influence change, and win new business. Execute with Excellence - Develop Vertical Sourcing Strategies that incorporates inputs from Vertical(s) leadership goals, market intelligence, S&P Subject Matter Expertise, and individual client strategies. - Ensure the vision and strategy of the client sourcing plans are implemented and aligned with necessary objectives. - Establish and maintain relationships within Americas’ Leadership across all business lines. - Proactively manage supplier(s) to ensure overall performance expectations are met across the associated accounts. - Provide strategic vision for all S&P aspects of business including best practices and innovation. - Effectively develop and lead complex short-term and longer-term sourcing strategies, effectively manage suppliers and internal networks to deliver best in class performance. Grows the Business · For assigned Vertical(s), manage the interaction with Sourcing teams across Category Management, Solutions Development, Sourcing Enablement, account, and clients to support the sales process. · Take a visible role as the SME on Renewals, Expansions, and New Business through active partnership with Managing/Account Directors, Solutions Development and Business Development. · Proactively prepare for all client renewals – striving for a no-bid renewal. · Participate in client meetings / yellow pad sessions as needed. Required Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in finance - 5+ years of experience administering Oracle EDMCS or Oracle Data Relationship Management (DRM/DRG). - 5+ years of Strong understanding of metadata structures in Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS, EPBCS, PCMCS, ARCS), Hyperion, or similar performance management platforms. - 5+ years of Experience managing hierarchies, dimensions, and metadata governance processes. - 5+ years of Hands-on experience configuring integrations, exports/imports, and connections to source/target systems. - Ability to troubleshoot metadata errors, validation issues, and integration failures. - Strong analytical, documentation, and problem‑solving skills. - Highly organized and detail‑oriented. - Strong communicator able to partner effectively with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders. - Adaptable and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset. - Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
