• Review clinical documentation and patient records to assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for diagnoses, procedures, and services rendered. • Prepare and submit clean claims to Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance payers, ensuring compliance with payer-specific guidelines and CMS regulations. • Work denials and rejections by investigating root causes, correcting errors, preparing appeals, and resubmitting claims in a timely manner. • Verify patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and prior authorization requirements before and after services are delivered. • Post payments, adjustments, and contractual write-offs accurately, reconciling accounts to maintain clean accounts receivable. • Collaborate with clinical teams to clarify documentation, resolve coding queries, and ensure that services are documented to the level required for proper reimbursement. • Monitor claim status, follow up on outstanding balances, and generate aging reports to identify and resolve revenue leakage. • Stay current with changes in coding guidelines, payer policies, Medicare and Medicaid regulations, and industry best practices. • Support internal audits by reviewing coded claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Review source materials such as Clinical trial registry updates, Pharma / biotech press releases, Medical or scientific publications, Conference abstracts, Regulatory updates, Patent updates, Company pipeline or asset updates, Medical affairs or drug safety updates, Product, indication, or development milestone announcements. • Determine whether the item should be included in a weekly monitoring report. • Apply clear inclusion / exclusion criteria. • Identify the relevant company, product, asset, indication, mechanism of action, study, or update. • Summarize the key information in concise, source-grounded language. • Verify claims against the original source. • Flag ambiguity, missing information, or uncertain relevance. • Maintain structured data in a consistent format. • Perform quality checks for accuracy, completeness, and clarity.

• Quality Auditing: Review annotated data (images, text, video, or audio) based on defined guidelines, perform random and targeted 25% sampling (initial), identify errors, inconsistencies, and edge cases • Error Analysis & Reporting: Categorize errors (e.g., labeling, bounding box accuracy, classification mistakes), track QA metrics such as accuracy rate, defect rate, and rework volume, provide daily/weekly QA reports with actionable insights • Feedback & Coaching: Deliver structured feedback to annotators, conduct calibration sessions to ensure alignment on guidelines, support Team Leads in coaching low-performing annotators • Guideline Adherence & Improvement: Ensure strict compliance with annotation guidelines and client requirements, flag ambiguous cases and recommend guideline improvements, collaborate with Ops/Training teams to refine SOPs • Process Improvement: Identify trends and recurring quality issues, recommend workflow enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency, support pilot runs and new workflow validation

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with all clients • Supervise billing processes in collaboration with our Finance team • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with clients to uphold KPI achievement • Identify opportunities for upselling and collaborate with Account Executives to boost ACV • Liaise with the product team to relay optimization suggestions and feedback from the operations team

• Conduct outbound telemarketing and email outreach to identify, engage, and pre-qualify truckload carriers. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified carriers to support the growth of the company's carrier network. • Introduce prospective carriers to partnership opportunities and guide qualified carriers through the onboarding process. • Maintain accurate records of carrier interactions, outreach activities, and pipeline progress in the CRM. • Collaborate with the Operations and Carrier Success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. • Update and maintain carrier records in CargoWise using data from My Carrier Portal, ensuring carrier information is accurate, complete, and compliant. • Perform quality checks to ensure carrier records remain accurate, complete, and up to date. • Support rate negotiations and booking coordination as business needs evolve and based on performance. • Continuously build knowledge of carrier operations, freight brokerage, and transportation processes to support business growth.

• Join virtual meetings and phone calls to provide real-time English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English interpretation. • Translate emails, chat messages, documents, and other business communications accurately and professionally. • Support Expedock's Logistics Coordinator in communicating with Spanish-speaking carriers, vendors, and business counterparts on behalf of the client. • Help facilitate clear and effective communication regarding operational updates, shipment-related discussions, and other business matters. • Take meeting notes and summarize key discussion points and action items when needed. • Relay information accurately while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. • Perform general language support and administrative tasks related to communication as assigned.

• Research and identify enterprise prospects within the US energy ecosystem, with a focus on large-scale multifamily and commercial property operators with high energy demand • Build and maintain high-quality lead lists using online platforms, databases, and business directories • Identify key decision-makers and map organizational structures within target accounts • Enrich and maintain accurate CRM data to support outbound sales efforts • Qualify leads based on energy usage, portfolio size, and alignment with clean energy infrastructure solutions • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine ideal customer profiles and outbound strategy • Continuously improve lead generation processes, targeting accuracy, and data quality

• Work and coordinate with Expedock’s key accounts to understand and learn their business and/or supply chain processes • Propose and implement procedures on timely and efficient delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLA) for customers • Ensure services committed to customers are delivered • Ownership of assessing the profitability of customers and tracking how much revenue lost from existing customers • Coordinate with Product team and Engineering team to enhance processes • Assure that the team you manage is delivering at 100% accuracy and quality • Train & manage team to deliver on service level agreements on quality standards, timelines and budget • Device approach to progress towards return, profit and loss • Implement strategies based on costing analysis, and pricing recommendations

• Engage directly with vendors and carriers, including dispatchers, to initiate GPS-based tracking for full truckload (FTL) shipments. • Build and maintain strong carrier relationships to ensure smooth coordination of shipments. • Meet and maintain role KPIs to ensure timely and accurate execution of operational processes — using your discretion and judgment with minimal supervision. • Troubleshoot technical issues, initialize ELD and TMS connection requests, and access customer TMS portals to post shipment updates. • Respond promptly and professionally to customer and carrier inquiries via phone and email. • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of cargo to key FTL customers. • Verify that all shipment documentation is accurate and complete, including bills of lading and other support materials. • Oversee collection and delivery activities on behalf of key clients. • Schedule and trace customer shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring accuracy in all domestic transportation records. • Process transportation documentation with great attention to detail and compliance. • Support the Director of Domestic Transportation with administrative tasks and other assigned duties. • Participate in weekend rotations as needed. • Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned by management on a day-to-day basis.

• Rates & Pricing Management - Take ownership of gathering, analyzing, and maintaining freight rates from carriers, co-loaders, and suppliers. • Quotation Development - Prepare accurate and competitive quotations by computing end-to-end charges (freight, surcharges, duties, and other costs). • Commercial Support to Sales - Work closely with the sales team to translate client requirements into tailored pricing solutions. • Client Coordination - Serve as a key point of contact for quotation-related inquiries, ensuring timely responses, clear communication, and a smooth customer experience. • Contract & Vendor Management - Coordinate with carriers and partners to validate rates, clarify terms, and ensure all commercial agreements are accurate and up to date.
