• Garantir a resolução oportuna e eficaz dos problemas dos clientes • Coordenar e gerenciar solicitações de serviço • Manter comunicação constante com os clientes durante todo o processo de atendimento • Administrar Acordos de Nível de Serviço (SLAs) e garantir a atualização dos sistemas de ITSM • Processos de Suporte à Qualidade de Serviços, incluindo Gerenciamento de Incidentes, Problemas e Mudanças • Impulsionar melhorias de processos e monitorar medições regulares • Realizar revisões de incidentes pós-resolução e avaliar a eficácia da resolução de incidentes • Comunicar o status de incidentes de alta prioridade aos clientes ao longo do ciclo de vida do incidente

Job Requirements

  • Experiência em disciplina-chave de TI, como serviços de campo em desktop, suporte de rede, aplicações, segurança ou gestão de TI
  • Capacidade de navegar de forma eficaz entre plataformas de infraestrutura e aplicações, negócios e funções, usuários finais e alta gestão
  • Experiência em suporte desktop, suporte técnico e help desk, gerenciamento de incidentes e melhoria de serviços
  • Experiência em Gestão de SLA / Gerenciamento de Serviços
  • Experiência sólida em atendimento ao cliente e comunicação com clientes
  • Certificação ITIL (Desejável)
