Role Description We are seeking a Remote results-driven Full-time Seasonal Talent Sourcer to support high-priority hiring initiatives for a 3-month engagement. The Sourcer will primarily support high volume recruiting with possible support for staff roles. This role will focus on generating qualified candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, outreach, and talent market research. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to support multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. - Source and identify qualified active and passive candidates through our ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals. - Work with the Recruiter to understand hiring needs and position profiles. - Build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Conduct initial outreach (email, phone, text) to engage candidates and generate interest. - Coordinate candidate handoffs to Recruiters. - Maintain accurate candidate status updates within the ATS. - Track pipeline and sourcing activity / metrics. Qualifications - 1–3+ years of experience as a Sourcer, Recruiting Coordinator, or Talent Acquisition Specialist. - Proven ability to source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.). - Familiar with ATS, CMS, and maintaining candidate databases. - UKG experience is strongly preferred. - Experience working in high-volume or fast-paced recruiting environments preferred. - Warehouse recruiting experience strongly preferred. - Experience in wire and cable or electrical industries is a plus. - Strong verbal and written communication skills (candidate messaging/outreach). - Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities and high outreach volume. - Strong attention to detail and data tracking skills. - Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
