• Procurement of recovered paper to supply our paper mills • Act as a trader and intermediary between suppliers and buyers • Acquire new business partners and maintain existing relationships • Calculate business transactions and assist with tender processes • Serve as the primary contact for customers and suppliers • Responsible for product quality and complaint handling • Monitor contractual purchasing and sales volumes
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration (BWL) or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in purchasing/sales, ideally in industry
- Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
- Willingness to travel and a valid Class B driving licence
- Very good command of English

Position Summary The Construction Superintendent plays a pivotal role in overseeing all facets of project execution on the jobsite, including planning, scheduling, staffing, safety, quality control, and budget management. This role ensures that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within defined scope and budget parameters. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, the Superintendent may be responsible for coordinating and completing either a portion or the entire project. Essential Roles and Responsibilities: Safety Awareness - Ensure adherence to customer, governmental, and corporate safety requirements, fostering a culture of safety on the jobsite. - Conduct daily job safety analyses to minimize exposure and risk for all personnel involved in the project. Project Execution - Develop and execute project work plans, revising them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements. - Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Financial Management - Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring projects are completed within defined budgetary constraints. - Develop project estimates as required, considering factors such as labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs.
