Data Analyst
Relation Insurance Services
• Collects, cleans, and analyzes data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights • Develops and maintains SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis • Creates and manages PowerBI dashboards and reports to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions • Performs data validation and ensure data accuracy and integrity • Assists in the development and implementation of data analytics best practices and standards • Supports ad-hoc data analysis requests and provide actionable recommendations • Performs other projects, duties, and tasks, as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Experience in the insurance industry or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and tools preferred
- Experience with Vertafore product data structures and reporting
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud data structures and reporting
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
- Experience with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Effective communication skills to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
