Our network of licensed officiants remotely attend and perform marriage ceremonies for couples around the world. Experience officiating weddings is not required. You will learn how to use our technology to officiate weddings in a remote-first manner and Courtly will provide a steady stream of ceremonies for you to officiate and earn money from. The ideal candidate is outgoing and compassionate and is motivated by making couples feel extra special on their big day. Requirements - To officiate for Courtly, you must live in Utah County and be at least 21 years old - Strong proficiency in technology - You’ll need to submit a valid ID, photo, and proof of residency - Proficient in public speaking and hosting, excellent verbal communication skills - Experience officiating weddings not required Responsibilities - Remotely attend couple's wedding ceremony through video conference - Follow pre-approved script and lead ceremony including vows, ring exchanges, and more - Correctly sign and file marriage license within 24 hours after virtual ceremony Courtly is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity. • Take ownership of EMC‑compliant PCB design, covering all associated steps • Independently perform PCB layout • Advise hardware developers on design rules and support technical optimizations • Maintain and expand component libraries and produce complete documentation as well as all manufacturing data • Coordinate closely with production and external service providers to ensure smooth implementation

• Lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, behavioral analysis, benchmarks, etc.) • Translate research insights into clear, feasible, impact-driven design solutions • Design end-to-end experiences (UX and UI), from discovery through delivery and product evolution • Define and iterate on flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces • Serve as the technical and strategic reference for Research and Design within the team • Facilitate discovery, ideation, and co-creation workshops with multidisciplinary teams • Validate product hypotheses through experimentation and user testing • Ensure consistency with the Design System and contribute to its evolution • Influence roadmap decisions based on user data and product metrics • Mentor junior designers and researchers • Clearly communicate insights, design decisions, and strategic rationale to stakeholders.
