• Support the building, maintenance, and monitoring of data pipelines (batch and, occasionally, streaming) • Assist in organizing and modeling data for Data Lakes and Data Warehouses • Support the implementation of solutions using tools such as Databricks and Apache Spark • Perform data analyses, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity • Collaborate with Data Science, Analytics, and Software Engineering teams • Assist in documenting processes, data flows, and technical routines • Monitor data loads and identify potential failures or opportunities for improvement • Participate in agile ceremonies and technical discussions with the team • Follow best practices for data governance, security, and data organization.

• Provide technical leadership for the squad, mentoring engineers on complex solutions • Take an active role in implementation decisions and define coding standards • Perform code reviews and ensure engineering best practices • Lead foundational initiatives (enablers) and remediate technical debt • Support architectural decisions together with architects and stakeholders • Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of deliverables • Define and maintain technical standards, documentation, and development guides • Engage in technical communication with international teams (English)

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives. • Lead discovery and delivery initiatives, ensuring a focus on value and impact. • Prioritize the backlog based on data, business impact, and user needs. • Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable requirements for the team. • Work collaboratively with Engineering, Design, Research, and Data teams. • Conduct market and competitive analyses and identify growth opportunities. • Define and track success metrics (OKRs, KPIs, North Star Metric). • Validate hypotheses through experimentation, MVPs, and A/B tests. • Manage stakeholders and communicate decisions, risks, and outcomes clearly. • Identify and mitigate product, technical, and business risks. • Mentor more junior Product Managers. • Serve as a reference for Product Management best practices.

• Lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, behavioral analysis, benchmarks, etc.) • Translate research insights into clear, feasible, impact-driven design solutions • Design end-to-end experiences (UX and UI), from discovery through delivery and product evolution • Define and iterate on flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces • Serve as the technical and strategic reference for Research and Design within the team • Facilitate discovery, ideation, and co-creation workshops with multidisciplinary teams • Validate product hypotheses through experimentation and user testing • Ensure consistency with the Design System and contribute to its evolution • Influence roadmap decisions based on user data and product metrics • Mentor junior designers and researchers • Clearly communicate insights, design decisions, and strategic rationale to stakeholders.
