CrafTech Smart Solutions
• Lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, behavioral analysis, benchmarks, etc.) • Translate research insights into clear, feasible, impact-driven design solutions • Design end-to-end experiences (UX and UI), from discovery through delivery and product evolution • Define and iterate on flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces • Serve as the technical and strategic reference for Research and Design within the team • Facilitate discovery, ideation, and co-creation workshops with multidisciplinary teams • Validate product hypotheses through experimentation and user testing • Ensure consistency with the Design System and contribute to its evolution • Influence roadmap decisions based on user data and product metrics • Mentor junior designers and researchers • Clearly communicate insights, design decisions, and strategic rationale to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Fluent in English
- Strong experience in Product Design, UX Research, or related fields
- Proven background in user research and digital product design
- Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize insights
- Experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam, Miro, etc.)
- Knowledge of UX metrics and Product Analytics
- Ability to work in agile, product-oriented environments
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
