• Take ownership of EMC‑compliant PCB design, covering all associated steps • Independently perform PCB layout • Advise hardware developers on design rules and support technical optimizations • Maintain and expand component libraries and produce complete documentation as well as all manufacturing data • Coordinate closely with production and external service providers to ensure smooth implementation

• Lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, behavioral analysis, benchmarks, etc.) • Translate research insights into clear, feasible, impact-driven design solutions • Design end-to-end experiences (UX and UI), from discovery through delivery and product evolution • Define and iterate on flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces • Serve as the technical and strategic reference for Research and Design within the team • Facilitate discovery, ideation, and co-creation workshops with multidisciplinary teams • Validate product hypotheses through experimentation and user testing • Ensure consistency with the Design System and contribute to its evolution • Influence roadmap decisions based on user data and product metrics • Mentor junior designers and researchers • Clearly communicate insights, design decisions, and strategic rationale to stakeholders.

• Comprehensive consideration of branding, typography, and graphic design across all touchpoints: Digital: ads, website, app, presentations, product interfaces; Analog: print materials, apparel, packaging, trade shows, product labeling • Design strategy and presentation development, including wording and storytelling • Application of design thinking, user-journey, and user-need methods • Product/industrial design for consumer sports products: from sketches through 2D visualization to 3D modeling, visualization, and animation • Technical understanding of components, requirements, and manufacturing processes • Development of a holistic, cross-product design language in alignment with Audi standards

What You'll Do: - Collaborate with Art Directors and Graphic Designers to take their initial concepts and translate them into technically sound, production-ready assets - Document complex design file specifications for use across internal and external production teams - Review downstream production work to ensure visual fidelity and adherence to project goals - Actively involved in encouraging a culture of excellence and precision using established standard methodologies - Anticipate and proactively resolve production challenges in partnership with creative and technical teams - Partner with Print Operations to validate that files meet stringent production specs, including color calibration, plate separation, and finishing techniques - Contribute to the evolution of workflow and asset management systems to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability of production What You'll Bring: - 6+ years of professional experience in creative production, pre-press, or print design, with demonstrated leadership in high-volume environments - Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign - Deep understanding of print production requirements including color spaces, ink limits, specialty finishes, and vendor communication - Strong typographic and layout skills - Consistent track record to lead projects independently, handle competing priorities, and deliver on tight timelines - Experience guiding others through complex production challenges with clarity, patience, and attention to detail - A strategic approach with the ability to balance creative intent and technical execution Nice to Have: - Familiarity with Magic: The Gathering - Experience working in gaming, entertainment, or fantasy-adjacent creative industries Additional Details: Please note that this is a temporary assignment providing services to Wizards through an external staffing agency.
