• Implement Global Change Coordination process via corporately mandated change coordination tools. • Support change coordination meetings and process. • Enforce change coordination process. • Hold business owners accountable for delivering their inputs/deliverables/approvals. • Alert about late tasks to business owners with due dates. • Facilitate (and document) change timing agreement between suppliers, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and Program coordination. • Own timing of change control steps, inputs, and approvals in line with agreed program/change timing. • Schedule all change coordination tasks to achieve overall change approval/release timing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive systems, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Recently graduated with a good first experience managing BOM (Bill of Materials)
- You already had a project coordination position (assistant to a project leader for example).
- Knowledge of the automotive sector is a good plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Knowledge of project coordination methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
