IS System Configuration Analyst II
CareOregon
• Provide system configuration for managed care payment systems (QNXT) • Ensure system configuration consistency across core applications • Participate in vendor management discipline • Assist IS leadership in governance and monitor applications • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve software functionality issues • Conduct advanced research on software enhancements • Develop and maintain systems and users documentation • Administer user security access for software applications • Participate actively in department meetings and workgroups • Maintain working relationships with vendors to address system functionality gaps
Job Requirements
- Experience providing system configuration in managed care payment systems (QNXT)
- Understanding of technical scoping, configuration, testing, and implementation processes
- Ability to participate in vendor management and collaboration with IS teams and users
- Skills in maintaining data integrity and usability of applications
- Experience in advanced quality assurance testing
- Capability to develop and maintain configuration documentation
- Strong research skills to evaluate software enhancements and regulations
- Competency in user security administration
- Ability to consult with various departments to determine system design needs
- Knowledge of relevant state and federal laws in the health insurance field

We’re looking for a System Analyst who cares about Product, Engineering, and Delivery. Someone who helps turn ideas into well-shaped, feasible, production-ready solutions. This person will take ownership of clarifying requirements, proposing solutions that balance business goals, technical feasibility, and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, maintainability). They’ll work closely with Product to define what can be built and how, and with Engineers to minimize the time spent on back-and-forth clarifications or incomplete specs. **The right candidate will: ** - Translate high-level product ideas into clear, structured requirements - Propose solution options with tradeoffs (including NFRs and edge cases) - Collaborate with Engineers to align on technical approach early - Ensure alignment with engineering best practices and system design constraints - Work closely with Engineering Managers to help drive features to production
• Synthesize internal and third party data into actionable insights that inform Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) priorities, including shopper behavior, site trends, industry trends, advertiser performance, and OEM value delivery. • Clearly communicate these recommendations to internal stakeholders and senior leadership. • Be fully accountable to support the Sales team with analysis, research and insights that improve OEM retention, revenue and value delivery • Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives, collaborating to achieve and measure project success. • Create compelling, intuitive stories / dashboards that lead to powerful insights and data-driven decisions • Leverage technical tools (e.g. AWS Redshift, Amplitude, Tableau, Split, Python, and/or R) to analyze data
