• Establish and grow long-term partnerships between Taimi and LGBTQ+ events • Pitch and activate the Taimi In-Person feature at events and festivals • Sell Taimi advertising solutions to relevant brands and businesses • Build strategic collaborations that deliver value to both partners and the Taimi community • Manage partnerships from first outreach to negotiation, execution, and renewal
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or account management
- Strong pitching and presentation skills
- Confidence in negotiating and closing deals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders
- Commercial mindset and results-driven attitude
- Understanding of LGBTQ+ culture and community – or genuine willingness to learn and engage respectfully
- Self-starter with high ownership and proactive mindset
- Will be an advantage:
- Experience working with events or sponsorships
- Experience in ad sales or media sales
- Background in tech, startups, or fast-paced environments
