Litigation Support Attorney

Manila Recruitment

• Conduct legal research • Prepare pleadings, discovery demands, petitions, and client correspondence • Assist attorneys and paralegals with active litigation matters • Collaborate on document preparation and case workflows • Execute established workflows using firm databases and document systems • Make necessary adjustments to documents based on case-specific circumstances • Participate in flexible project work when regular caseload is current

Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years of litigation experience
  • Prior litigation experience is required, with preference given to candidates with US litigation exposure. Candidates with solid general litigation experience outside the US may also be considered.
  • Must be fluent in English and possess excellent English speaking, reading, and writing abilities
  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must have access to WIFI
  • Must have a computer and a cell phone with WIFI capabilities
  • Not a job hopper
  • Experience in law firm is highly desired
  • Database management preferred
  • Having diverse experience in handling civil cases is a big plus.
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Must be a fast and eager learner
  • Must have a strong aim to please
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must maintain a positive and polite persona
  • Must have critical thinking and problem solving abilities
