Litigation Support Attorney

• Conduct legal research • Prepare pleadings, discovery demands, petitions, and client correspondence • Assist attorneys and paralegals with active litigation matters • Collaborate on document preparation and case workflows • Execute established workflows using firm databases and document systems • Make necessary adjustments to documents based on case-specific circumstances • Participate in flexible project work when regular caseload is current
Job Requirements
- Must have at least 2 years of litigation experience
- Prior litigation experience is required, with preference given to candidates with US litigation exposure. Candidates with solid general litigation experience outside the US may also be considered.
- Must be fluent in English and possess excellent English speaking, reading, and writing abilities
- Experience in customer service
- Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must have access to WIFI
- Must have a computer and a cell phone with WIFI capabilities
- Not a job hopper
- Experience in law firm is highly desired
- Database management preferred
- Having diverse experience in handling civil cases is a big plus.
- Must be a self-starter
