Inside Sales, BDE – B2B, SaaS
Equisoft
• Generate leads through a variety of methods such as cold calling, emailing, social media, networking, attending industry events, account based management (ABM), etc • Conduct thorough research to identify target accounts, potential leads and key decision-makers and understand their needs, interests, and pain points • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies for lead generation • Establish and maintain relationships with potential customers and educate them on the value of our solutions • Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team • Collaborate with sales team to schedule meetings and demos for the sales team • Monitor market trends, industry news, and customer feedback to develop new sales opportunities • Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and quotes • Track customer accounts and update customer information in the customer relationship management system (CRM) • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 8+ years of B2B technology experience in a relationship-building or sales role, preferably in the insurance industry, with a focus on prospecting and hunting for new clients
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in sales and business development
- Experience in dealing with and interacting with C-Suite/Executive level potential client
- Experience in US and Canada markets
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Result-oriented and challenge driven
- Highly self-motivated, with excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and events within US and Canada
- Excellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written)
