Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Supervisor.
- Proven success coaching underperforming team members to measurable improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to drive productivity in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
- Strong communication skills with a reputation for responsiveness.
- Results-driven mindset with high energy and strong accountability standards.
