Senior Business Analyst

• Actuar como principal nexo entre objetivos estratégicos de negocio y ejecución técnica. • Traducir conceptos abstractos y workflows basados en AI en: Especificaciones funcionales detalladas, User Stories claras y accionables, Criterios de aceptación estructurados. • Liderar la definición y priorización del product backlog en entornos multiplataforma (Mobile y Consolas Web). • Diseñar y documentar la lógica funcional para Orquestación de agentes AI, definición de inputs/outputs y flujos de decisión. • Coordinar y facilitar sesiones de User Acceptance Testing (UAT) con stakeholders clave. • Asegurar trazabilidad entre requerimientos, desarrollo técnico y valor de negocio. • Trabajar bajo metodologías ágiles. • Colaborar con equipos técnicos en la definición conceptual de arquitecturas de datos.

Job Requirements

  • Experiencia comprobable trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).
  • +5 años de experiencia gestionando y priorizando product backlogs.
  • +5 años de experiencia redactando User Stories y criterios de aceptación utilizando Gherkin.
  • + 5 años de experiencia coordinando procesos de UAT con stakeholders.
  • +5 años de experiencia en traducir requerimientos de negocio en especificaciones funcionales técnicas. Conocimiento conceptual sólido en: RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Workflows Agentic, Orquestación de LLMs
  • Conocimiento de bases de datos: Relacionales (PostgreSQL), Grafos (Neo4j) Vectoriales (Pinecone)
  • +5 años de experiencia utilizando herramientas de gestión como Jira, Confluence o Azure DevOps.
  • Inglés avanzado C1/C2 (oral y escrito)
