• Manage daily operations, including monitoring, scheduled jobs, and MID Server maintenance. • Oversee and optimize critical integrations (AD/LDAP, SSO, CMDB, and HR feeds). • Provide N2/N3 support for critical incidents and platform glitches. • Build and deploy small enhancements via Update Sets and scripting (JavaScript). • Lead security audits (ACLs, roles, SSL certificates, and recertifications) to ensure a bulletproof environment. • Streamline recurring tasks using Flow Designer and Scripted REST APIs. • Create monthly technical reports and maintain updated runbooks and documentation.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Administration and Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and PowerShell.
- Deep understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow architecture.
- Solid grasp of security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Good level of English and ability to produce clear technical documentation.
- Proactive problem-solver with an 'ownership' attitude towards the platform.
