• Define and review the Application Management strategy for SAP and other business applications. • Design new services, service components and tools in the application management domain. • Serve as innovation lead for the application management area. • Maintain and further develop templates for service certificates and presentations. • Support pre-sales activities for new customers in the Application Management area. • Manage parts of projects or act as project manager for customer or internal projects. • Support the strategic development of the Managed Services area.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics (Business Information Systems) or a comparable qualification and/or relevant professional experience.
- Several years of experience in SAP application management and experience in presales for application management.
- Experience in managed IT/SAP Managed Services, outsourcing, and certifications in ITIL and Project Management are an advantage.
- Strong solution orientation and leadership skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- High degree of independence and flexibility, combined with strong customer focus and persuasive skills.
- Business fluent in German and English.
- Confident user of PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

• Oversee the development, implementation, and management of the company’s physical identity and access management program. • Ensure the security and safety of employees, visitors, and physical assets by managing access control systems and protocols. • Work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service. • Set and maintain high standards for the design, configuration, operation, and quality assurance of all physical identity and access management (PIAM) systems and platforms. • Develop, implement, and manage physical access control policies and procedures. • Manage access rights and permissions for employees, contractors, and visitors. • Lead the deployment and integration of advanced technologies (including AI, automation, and biometrics) to enhance and streamline Netflix’s physical security and access control programs. • Manage the issuance and revocation of physical identification credentials. • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all identity and access data. • Collaborate with HR and IT departments to integrate identity management with other systems. • Conduct regular audits of access control systems and processes. • Collaborate with business partners in Corporate Security, Facilities, IT, InfoSec, and Engineering to ensure seamless integration of PIAM solutions within Netflix’s global ecosystem. • Shape and support the PIAM technology roadmap in alignment with departmental and organizational goals. • Design, implement, and maintain robust processes for collecting and centralizing access logs and physical security data, enabling advanced analysis and visualization of physical security metrics. • Review and ensure compliance with data privacy, access control, and physical security requirements. • Develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of PIAM solutions. • Advise teams across the company on PIAM solutions, design, and deployment. • Communicate program updates and technical information clearly to all stakeholders. • Develop technical documentation, training materials, and best practice guides for cross-functional teams.
• Safely, legally, and efficiently operate each flight assignment • Conduct pre-flight, cockpit, and post-flight checklists and inspections per company policies • Ensure all aspects of flight planning are completed in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures, including: Weather and routing, Aircraft performance, Airworthiness status, Facilities and security requirements, Passenger and customer requests • Load/unload passenger baggage as needed • Provide excellent customer service to passengers • Perform other duties as assigned • Support operational performance objectives tied to fleet utilization and productivity • Partner with internal teams to drive reliability and reduce downtime • Maintain a proactive, ownership-driven approach to aircraft readiness and mission success
