• Lead all phases of security-systems projects including design, bid management, installation oversight, and final testing and commissioning for new builds and MACs across the region. • Develop detailed project plans defining scope, schedule, deliverables, resources, budget, and risk management strategies. • Design and review security system layouts (CCTV, access control, intrusion, intercom, etc.) in accordance with company standards and project requirements. • Evaluate vendor bids, manage the selection process, and oversee contractors through installation to ensure quality, compliance, and documentation accuracy. • Coordinate and lead meetings with cross-functional stakeholders (Workplace, AV, Program Delivery, IT/Network, Security Operations, GC, and integrators) to align project scope, schedule, and execution. • Oversee system testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure full functionality, proper documentation, and client sign-off. • Track project performance, issues, and financials — including cost and schedule variances — and apply structured change-management processes as needed. • Maintain all project documentation and ensure client satisfaction, safety, and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead and support a variety of security-related initiatives across both technical and business domains. • Apply strong project and program management discipline, including planning, prioritization, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. • Support program budgets, executive reporting, and ongoing program tracking using modern project management platforms and collaboration tools. • Design strategically while executing operationally, seeing the big picture, understanding business objectives, and taking proactive initiative to drive projects forward. • Support the development of the Security & Risk Programs function by helping establish and mature operational frameworks, governance structures, standards, and internal processes that enable the team to scale effectively. • Support the team's expansion into advanced programming, including experience with and development of global risk frameworks, assessments, audits, and crisis/security management processes. • Assist in developing and coordinating security awareness, education, and training initiatives that improve organizational understanding of security and risk management practices. • Prepare high-quality written communications and program updates, including weekly executive briefings and periodic security and risk program reports.

• Oversee the development, implementation, and management of the company’s physical identity and access management program. • Ensure the security and safety of employees, visitors, and physical assets by managing access control systems and protocols. • Work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service. • Set and maintain high standards for the design, configuration, operation, and quality assurance of all physical identity and access management (PIAM) systems and platforms. • Develop, implement, and manage physical access control policies and procedures. • Manage access rights and permissions for employees, contractors, and visitors. • Lead the deployment and integration of advanced technologies (including AI, automation, and biometrics) to enhance and streamline Netflix’s physical security and access control programs. • Manage the issuance and revocation of physical identification credentials. • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all identity and access data. • Collaborate with HR and IT departments to integrate identity management with other systems. • Conduct regular audits of access control systems and processes. • Collaborate with business partners in Corporate Security, Facilities, IT, InfoSec, and Engineering to ensure seamless integration of PIAM solutions within Netflix’s global ecosystem. • Shape and support the PIAM technology roadmap in alignment with departmental and organizational goals. • Design, implement, and maintain robust processes for collecting and centralizing access logs and physical security data, enabling advanced analysis and visualization of physical security metrics. • Review and ensure compliance with data privacy, access control, and physical security requirements. • Develop and track metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of PIAM solutions. • Advise teams across the company on PIAM solutions, design, and deployment. • Communicate program updates and technical information clearly to all stakeholders. • Develop technical documentation, training materials, and best practice guides for cross-functional teams.

• Lead the research, evaluation, selection, and implementation of emerging security technologies to ensure Netflix is leveraging best-in-class solutions that maximize operational impact and ROI. • Serve as a technical subject-matter expert in various security technologies including access control, video security systems/analytics while driving continuous improvement, system optimization, and performance enhancement initiatives. • Architect, configure, and maintain integrations between security platforms and enterprise systems, ensuring seamless interoperability across access control, video management, visitor management, and related technologies. • Design and manage ETL workflows to aggregate and transform security system data into actionable business intelligence insights. • Program, configure, and support existing systems, ensuring optimal uptime and performance through proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, system backups, firmware updates, and routine log monitoring. • Identify, design, and deploy automation solutions to eliminate repetitive manual processes and improve operational efficiency across the security program. • Lead evaluation and execution of system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations to improve scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency. • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support for enterprise-wide security applications in a cloud-based environment. • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, SOPs, and training materials. • Partner cross-functionally with Security Operations, IT, Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate operational challenges into scalable technical solutions. • Manage multiple concurrent technical initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.
