Performance Manager
BellAir
• Safely, legally, and efficiently operate each flight assignment • Conduct pre-flight, cockpit, and post-flight checklists and inspections per company policies • Ensure all aspects of flight planning are completed in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures, including: Weather and routing, Aircraft performance, Airworthiness status, Facilities and security requirements, Passenger and customer requests • Load/unload passenger baggage as needed • Provide excellent customer service to passengers • Perform other duties as assigned • Support operational performance objectives tied to fleet utilization and productivity • Partner with internal teams to drive reliability and reduce downtime • Maintain a proactive, ownership-driven approach to aircraft readiness and mission success
Job Requirements
- CE-750 Type Rating (Required)
- ATP / MEL
- Current First Class Medical
- Valid Passport
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Resident Alien Card) with legal right to work in the U.S.
- ICAO eligible for international operations
- Ability to complete training programs and demonstrate proficiency in all job duties
- Part 135 experience preferred (not required)
- 3,500 hours total time
- 1,500 hours PIC (all aircraft)
- Must meet minimum qualifications including 250 hours in type
