Key Account Manager

• Manage and strategically develop key accounts within the assigned sales territory • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and new customers at decision-maker and C-level • Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize account value • Develop and execute account strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth and market penetration • Support customer acquisition and the expansion of market presence through targeted strategies • Deliver sales presentations, manage pipelines, and effectively utilize CRM systems • Oversee the full sales cycle from needs analysis to contract closure • Contribute to revenue forecasting and ensure consistent growth of customer pipelines

Job Requirements

  • Degree in a technical or business field such as Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Business Administration
  • Several years of experience in key account management or B2B sales of complex, technical products
  • Strong technical understanding, ideally in test & measurement, electronics, or industrial environments
  • Proven track record in building and growing strategic customer accounts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Independent, structured, and results-driven working style
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
