Key Account Manager

• Manage and strategically develop key accounts within the assigned sales territory • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and new customers at decision-maker and C-level • Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize account value • Develop and execute account strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth and market penetration • Support customer acquisition and the expansion of market presence through targeted strategies • Deliver sales presentations, manage pipelines, and effectively utilize CRM systems • Oversee the full sales cycle from needs analysis to contract closure • Contribute to revenue forecasting and ensure consistent growth of customer pipelines
Job Requirements
- Degree in a technical or business field such as Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Business Administration
- Several years of experience in key account management or B2B sales of complex, technical products
- Strong technical understanding, ideally in test & measurement, electronics, or industrial environments
- Proven track record in building and growing strategic customer accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured, and results-driven working style
- Very good German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%)

• Manage and grow relationships with assigned third-party distribution partners to drive annuity sales and asset growth • Act as the primary point of contact for product, operational, and relationship needs across partner firms • Collaborate with internal sales, operations, compliance, and product teams to support partner onboarding, launches, and ongoing servicing • Educate partners and their advisors on Guardian annuity products, positioning, and value propositions through training sessions, calls, and presentations • Monitor sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to leadership • Support rollout of new products, pricing updates, and strategic initiatives with third-party partners • Identify opportunities to expand distribution, increase wallet share, and improve partner engagement • Resolve escalated issues efficiently while maintaining strong partner satisfaction and trust
